Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pedla ("the App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Pedla is a sales activity tracking application that helps sales professionals track daily activities, visualize their funnel, and improve conversion rates. Features include:

• Counter-based activity tracking
• Statistics and funnel visualization
• Cloud sync across devices
• Team management features
• Journal and wellness tracking
• Optional location and weather tracking

User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using email/password or Sign in with Apple.

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (16 in the UK/EU)
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may not use the App for illegal purposes

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Pedla. We will not sell or share your personal sales data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

When you delete your account, we permanently delete all your sales data, profile information, preferences, journal entries, and location data within 30 days.

Team Features

• Managers can invite reps to their team and view their performance
• Reps can accept or decline team invitations
• Reps can leave a team at any time; data remains with the rep
• Journal entries are always private unless explicitly shared

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by Pedla and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Data will never be lost (please export backups)
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Pedla is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for small claims court (under $10,000) or injunctive relief. You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

For UK/EU users: The choice of Delaware law does not affect your mandatory consumer protection rights under local law. You may also bring claims in your local courts for consumer matters.

Consumer Rights (UK/EU)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms, including:

• The right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases
• Protection under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK)
• Protection under EU consumer protection directives

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.
